I’ve been on vacation this week, and everyone knows it is not easy to exercise on vacay! I had to make myself do at least 25-30 min of exercise to help keep myself on track with nutrition too. I am still working on those last 8lbs of baby weight! Here was the first 10 minutes of my workout courtesy of metabolic effect: 30 jump squats, and 30 second rest. Here was my beautiful view:
The rest of the workout was 20 minutes long and consisted of 12 pendulum lunges, 12 push-ups, 12 burpees, and 12 mountain climbers. Felt great to be on track while away from home! 5 exercises, 30 minutes, and no equipment makes for an easy one to do anywhere! Try it and let me know how it goes!
