Even though I stopped personal training people, I still wanted a program I could refer people to and use myself!
And I found it with Metabolic Effect’s 12-week workout programs.
I have used all three of these programs several times since I left my big box gym and had my first baby over 5 years ago.
Probably my favorite part about all of these programs is that they are only 15-20 minute workouts 3x a week!!
And they are effective! Many times those long medium intensity workouts are actually messing with your hormones and increasing your cravings – which can make it tough when leaning out is your goal!
Metabolic Aftershock Program – All bodyweight exercises. Great place to start if just getting back into fitness. (You can still make it as hard or easy as you want to).
Metabolic Prime Program – A little tougher than Metabolic Aftershock, but can always modify anything.
Metabolic Renewal Program – Tailored to women and balancing hormones. My current favorite program!
To be honest, I really don’t love the ‘salesy’ approach to the checkout page, but I do love the programs! I have personally done all three programs and most of them more than one time!
