This is amazing tomato sauce can be used in many recipes, specifically chicken and eggplant Parmesan. It is so amazing!
14 oz tomato paste
1 TBSP herbes de Provence
1 TBSP sea salt
1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 TBSP minced garlic
In sauce pan, bring ask ingredients to a boil. Decrease the heat to low, and simmer for 10-15 min, until sauce is slightly thicker.
Store in refrigerator up to 4 days.
