Here is a quick dinner to whip up as long as you have the ingredients.
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 yellow or white onion
1 lb chicken breast chopped up or 1 lb ground turkey breast
2 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning (see recipe)
1 can diced tomatoes or 1 chopped up fresh tomatoes
Heat skillet on stove and add olive oil. Once heated add garlic, then onion. Let sizzle for 2-3 minutes and then add chicken or turkey. Stir so all sides of meat start to cook and then add seasoning. Add tomatoes and finish cooking until meat is cooked through.
Add meat to salad or taco shells with black beans, rice, holy guacamole and salsa. Enjoy!!
