When looking at recipes for something quick and healthy, you need to look for the ones with a short ingredient list. Well this one does just that! I add mushrooms and onion to my kale, but you can always omit them if you don’t like them.
All you need is:
One small onion sliced
I bag/bunch of kale
Liquid Aminos or Salt/pepper to taste
Heat large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic, onion and vegetable broth. After onions cook 1-2 minutes then add mushrooms. Let heat for 5 minutes, add Kale, sprinkle with Liquid Aminos or salt and pepper and cover. Cook until Kale is wilted down and no longer crispy (about 10 minutes).
I like to use liquid aminos on almost all of my veggies I bake, roast, or sauté.
