Last week I had an epic fail on cabbage soup, so I wanted to try cabbage again this week and get it right (plus I still had 1/2 a head of cabbage left that couldn’t go to waste). So I cut the cabbage in wedges and drizzled olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and liquid aminos over it. (Liquid aminos are a healthy version of soy sauce). Put the cabbage in foil and roast at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the wedges. It is very light on calories (about 50 per wedge) and can be great for lowering cholesterol and preventing cancers of the colon, bladder, and prostate, along with many other benefits. I hope you ENJOY!
