I have seen people post pictures of their overnight oats for a while now, but I hadn’t tried them until this week. I made them for breakfast yesterday and I loved them so much they made an appearance as my post workout snack today too! They really are easy and delicious.
There are a ton of great things you can throw in you can throw in this to add flavor and nutrition, but here is the basic recipe I used:1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup almond milk 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1 Tbsp ground flax seed 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp stevia 5 strawberries sliced
Mix all ingredients together and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the next morning!
