For the time being, I have taken a break from physically training people one on one. I had my third little baby this year and am taking some time off to take care of these little monkeys. This mom gig is one of the toughest trainings I have ever been put through! Ha. But the reward is much greater as well. These guys know their stuff! They have been doing this for a while now and are some of the most knowledgable trainers I know! This program is SUPER effective at targeting fat for fuel, and in only 15-20 minutes, 3 times a week. NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED. I have personally done this program twice now, and have coached several people through it.
