The heat lately has been brutal, and as much as I am wishing Fall was here, I still see several more weeks of awful mugginess ahead. I decided to make a cool treat to help us cool down, and it was a big success!
2 ingredients: Strawberries and Kiwis
You could add sugar, honey, or agave, but if your strawberries are ripe enough you really don’t need it.
I used one package of strawberries and 4 kiwis to make 8 pops. Slice Kiwi’s in small slices and put into pop molds. Puree Strawberries in food processor or blender and pour in molds. Freeze and then enjoy!
