This recipe is perfect for the fall! I like it hot or cold! It’s almost like pumpkin desert!
1/2 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c canned pumpkin
1 c of water
Pumpkin pie spice
Boil water and then add pumpkin, once all mixed add oats and let simmer until water is absorbed. Add stevia and spices to taste! I love cinnamon so I use a lot of it! I have to be careful when I am feeding my two year old my food because her skin will break out if anything with cinnamon touches it. I pretty much have to take a portion out for her a head of time because saying I like cinnamon is a tad of an understatement.
