I was scrolling through Instagram this morning and came across a recipe from @tastyhealth that looked like it would be worth a try. I had leftover pumpkin from the other day, so this Pumpkin Roll Up was perfect! It turned out delicious and worth posting! Here you go!
1/3 c Greek yogurt
1/3 c cottage cheese
1 tsp granulated sweetener
Blend all ingredients together with hand blender for best consistency. (I didn’t have cottage cheese this morning so I just used Greek yogurt.)
