These are great for breakfast, but they also make a great snack any day!
2 egg whites,
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
(I use Isagenix isapro protein)
1/2 banana mashed
1 tsp cinnamon
Makes 1 serving (I usually double it so I have 2 snacks done for the week)

UPDATE! I recently added a protein icing to the pancakes thanks to a gym friend who gave me her idea. All that I did was take a scoop of protein powder and mix a small amount of almond milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla until smooth. The sweetness and nutrition information will depend on the quality of your protein powder. I like Isagenix Isapro Whey protein for the pancakes, and Isagenix Isalean protein for the icing. YUM!

January 8, 2016I had tried these. They are really good However they came out rubbery. I also added a teaspoon of Super Greens with fruit. Tasted really good. Did yours come out rubbery?

January 9, 2016They are a little more rubbery than regular pancakes, but some of that depends on the protein that you use. What brand do you like to use?
