I love pizza! It’s probably one of my favorite foods ever. It can be pretty unhealthy or decently clean eating depending on how it’s made. I love to make it because it’s easy and it tastes great! I buy a whole grain crust from whole foods because most of the crusts that are in the grocery stores are loaded with chemicals, as many breads are. I like to sauté onions, mushrooms, spinach and chicken breast in a pan to put on top of my pizza, but you can add whatever veggies and lean meats you love. I also thinly slice tomatoes sometimes and add those. I use a natural pizza sauce that I spread on top of the crust. Then add your toppings, add some cheese and you’re done! I make my part of the pizza without cheese because I don’t like to use a lot of cheese because it’s just extra fat and calories. Enjoy!

Adding the sauce and a little oregeno.
Adding my cooked toppings to the pizza
Adding the mozzarella for my husband and no cheese for me. I would add a salad to this meal so that I am not tempted to eat the whole pizza. It’s so yummy!
This next pic is the pizza ready for the freezer if you make it ahead of time. I cut the instructions out just so I remember how high heat to cook it and for how long to cook it for.
