Today is such a gorgeous day in central Florida, that I had to take my little girl to the park. There were probably 20 other moms there with the same idea since we were all cooped up the past two weeks with rainy days.

Of course you can always modify for you too (example: if you can’t do jump squats, do regular ones).
For those of you who are still cooped up inside from the snow, you can do this inside. All you need is a step or a sturdy chair.
Many of us are guilty of trying to do too much in our days, so make it a priority to squeeze in a little workout however you can 3-4x a week. You will feel so much better and your kids will eventually one day thank you for being a good health role model for them.
Now I am hoping for a good long nap for my little girl so I can finish, well actually start, some office work.
