One of my clients told me they recently tried a new chicken recipe that I had to try. It is probably the easiest healthy chicken recipe out there! All you need is a jar of salsa and chicken breast. I used 2 large chicken breast sliced in half, and then poured 3/4 of the jar of salsa on them and cooked it on the stove top for about 15-20 min. So so simple, and so delicious. So when you are rushed for time on a busy night, this is the recipe to try. ENJOY!
