I have been working on some freezer meals for when the new little girl gets here. I know the last thing I will want to do is cook, and I don’t want to fall in the trap of take out. I came across this recipe when searching for freezer meals from fitness professional Natalie Hodson’s website. This recipe is actually from Little B’s Healthy Habits website. I made it tonight, and it turned out pretty good! My only complaint was the chicken was a tad dry, but that was probably because I left it in the crock pot too long.
