I have been on this chocolate peanut butter kick lately. What a GREAT combo! This combination has been around for a long time, but for some reason it has been a top craving for me lately. I made these chocolate pancakes Sunday and they turned out great! The consistency was good for pouring and they cooked through without burning on the outside. AND they tasted awesome! The peanut butter fluff was a great compliment, but a strawberry or raspberry would work great too.
2 Tbsps Greek yogurt
1 scoop of whey protein powder (I use Isagenix Isapro protein)
1 Tbsp of Just Great Stuff powdered peanut butter (could use reg peanut butter)
2 tsp coconut flour
2 tsp dark cocoa
1 tsp stevia or sweetener of choice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
1Tbsp maple syrup (could substitute for sweetener to lessen sugar and carbohydrate count)
Mix all ingredients together for batter and pour onto griddle. Mix all topping ingredients and pour over pancakes. Eat, ENJOY!
