It has been really great seeing all my family and we have been able to relax and sleep in most mornings! (Little Rox has been sleeping in till 8:15 most days!)
My glutes have been super sore this whole trip with all these hundreds of squats and lunges! Sometimes I start to cheat on my squats, so I found a small chair to help remind me to squat low. (I tapped my butt in each squat).
I tried to show just how low the chair was by putting it next to the pool table. It was a pretty low kid’s chair. 🙂
I added a little cardio circuit to my previous body weight workout, and it kicked butt! I really worked up a sweat!
