I try to substitute meat in our meals with a vegetarian dish 1-2 times per week. Portobello Mushrooms are a great substitute for meat as they are dense like meat and very flavorful when seasoned well.
Before you cook the caps, you need to wipe them clean and scrape out the middles.
Brush both sides with mixture. Bake for 10 minutes on one side, then flip and bake for another 10 min.
Remove, slice and serve!
